One-on-One Coaching
Soulful, Creative Support through Transitions
If you feel …
1) … anxious about a looming life change (e.g. retirement, divorce, empty nest, career change, relocation) and would like to ground yourself and move forward purposefully…
2) … stuck in fear or ruled by perfectionist tendencies that shush you before you share ideas out loud because they’re not 100% baked yet and the numbers might not add up and you haven’t strategized them into 5- and 10-year plans, so you shouldn’t bother speaking them aloud because people will just call you naïve and you probably are, because a more rational person would know that this idea is impractical, and it must be because if it were that great someone would have already thought of it, but it doesn’t exist yet so that’s probably proof that it didn’t make sense to begin with, because you’re not an inventor and you’re not really creative — no, your sister is, though (she’s the “real artist”) — so someone like her should probably do this thing instead …
If this resonates, let’s talk.
Most importantly, I listen. After taking in your story and what’s tripping you up, I trust my gut and say what I’m thinking and hearing. It comes from a place of kindness, love, and most of all empathy, because chances are good that I’ve been right where you are.
I have 15 years of creative entrepreneurship under my belt, plus 25 years prior to that where I was busy stifling my own desires in the name of “doing good” and “being practical.” All of it gets composted and applied to our work together, as it fits.
We’ll move you g r a d u a l l y toward the more soul-centered life you are craving. There are no one-size-fits-all sets of steps to follow, because you are one-of-a-kind. I love breaking this work down into small, doable tasks. And fun homework assignments 🤓📝. Before long, your “possibility muscles” will be strengthened and you’ll surprise yourself at the things you’ve done.
The Structure
You may first want to contact me to arrange a complimentary 20-minute session where you we can chat, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit for each other. You do not need to have a specific goal in mind; ennui speaks volumes. Email me or click here to start a no-risk, no-pressure conversation.
If we decide to continue, we’ll schedule a two-hour initial session, either in person if you’re in the Portland, Oregon area, or over Zoom or FaceTime. Two hours seems to be the natural length of time for getting a broad overview of where you are, and the challenges you’re facing. We’ll determine your homework as well.
Then we’ll have hour-long check-ins every two or three weeks.
A suggested session will last approximately eight weeks, but all of these timelines are negotiable.

The 🌍🌏🌎 needs what you have to offer, even if you’re not yet sure what that is. 😉
Can’t wait to hear your story,

Who Am I and Why Would You Work With Me?
I’m Pam Consear, owner and founder of All Hands Art. When people assume that I’ve always been a free spirit who effortlessly follows her heart, that really throws me for a loop. I was a perfection-seeking kid who grew into a world-class people-pleaser, excelling in self-denial and self-betrayal. Those habits kept me in an emotionally abusive relationship for 16 years, led to professional burn-out, and invited cancer into my body. But other than that, they worked great. 🤪 (Read more about my journey here.)
Staying on that path was not a viable option. I didn’t know where I wanted to go from there, exactly, but I knew what I needed to move away from and that was a start.
Searching for a more soulful version of one’s life can be messy, confusing, and most definitely counter-culture. It’s also the path to wholeness and healing. While I’ve often felt self-conscious about all my pivots and course-corrections over the years, I don’t anymore. I understand now that my purpose can change shape, not because I’m indecisive, but because I am alive. And as long as I keep living, I’ll be led by curiosity and open to possibility.
If this sounds like a healthy change for you, let’s connect. I coach compassionate people through transitions for one simple reason: because I wish I’d had this kind of guidance myself.
